    I think the plot's more about the sex-capades of the Internal Affairs cops than anything else. The missing Renoir, disciplinary action & nabbing 2 imposter cops all come down to any excuse to get clothes off and go to it. But, hey, that's fine. Sex aside, great shots of Moscow throughout & the balalaika music's the right touch.
